Construction Site Supervisor at Galaxy Management Group, Inc.

The Construction Site Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Superintendent will manage on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee daily construction site operations and activities

·Ensure adherence to construction schedules and deadlines

·Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel

·Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager

·Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

·Inspect work for quality assurance and compliance with project specifications

·Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise

·Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

·Conduct regular site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred

·Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent or in a similar role

·Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

·Strong leadership and communication skills

·Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

·Proficiency in project management software and tools

·Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

·Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications

Working Conditions:

·The role involves working on-site at construction locations, which may include exposure to varying weather conditions and physical demands

·Occasional weekend or night shift work may be required
