Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Site Project Manager position include:

• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar engineering or construction programs, delivering them on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of local contractors, vendors, and prevailing wage requirements.
• Oversee site grading, concrete work, building construction, and gas-related infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including Health and Safety standards.
• Manage project budgets and vendor contracts, maintaining pace across all work streams.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while maintaining project timelines.
• Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, driving progress and resolving challenges.

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
