What You’ll Do:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Oversee procurement of materials and resources.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.
- Maintain high-quality standards while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in commercial design/build projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
