Based in Lexington, SC, we are a leading site contractor committed to excellence in construction and safety.Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of our company's safety program and conduct regular safety inspections at job sites. Collaborating closely with superintendents, foremen, and crews, the Construction Safety Manager will provide guidance and support in adhering to safety protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess current OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications, with preference given to those holding the OSHA instructor designation. Responsibilities include leading safety meetings, organizing OSHA compliance, monitoring work processes for hazards, and conducting thorough accident investigations.Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in safety and health program management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety
- OSHA 500 certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient knowledge of OSHA regulations, local safety laws, and other regulatory agencies
- Experience in site work, commercial, or civil construction projects
