We are seeking an experienced a Residnetial Construction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiple trades related to residential construction, with a preference for those experienced in high-end residential remodels and renovations, especially kitchens and bathrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various tasks related to residential construction, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, and painting.
Work on high-end residential remodels and renovations, ensuring top-quality finishes and attention to detail.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their vision and expectations are met.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in multiple trades related to residential construction.
Proven experience in high-end residential remodels and renovations, particularly in kitchens and bathrooms.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in front of high profile customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tech-savvy and familiar with relevant construction software.
Prefer someone experienced with Asana for project management.
