Construction Quality Control Manager - Gpac

One of the country’s top General Contractors is searching for a Quality Control Manager to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
• Create and maintain documentation for quality inspections, audits, and reports
• Conduct regular quality control inspections on construction sites and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and address quality control issues and provide effective solutions
• Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality control requirements
• Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
• Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions

Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry
• Degree in construction or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role
• Thorough knowledge of construction quality control processes and standards
• Familiar with requirements of EM 385-1-1-Federal project experience
• Benefits/Compensation:
• Base Salary: $120-140K
