Construction Quality Assurance Technician - ECS Ltd

• Testing and inspection services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services
• Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
• Performing Quality Assurance Observations and preparation of field reports
• Performing field and laboratory testing
• Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects, as needed
• Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE

• High school diploma or GED; Associate or technology degree in engineering, architecture, or construction preferred

• 2+ years of related field inspection experience in the construction industry required.  Building enclosure or structural field inspection experience a plus 

• This position requires carrying 40 – 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height

• Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites – Mileage will be reimbursed
