Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist to source and manage materials for our projects. This role involves working closely with suppliers, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials. Experience in the landscape or swimming pool industry is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate who is highly organized and a great cultural fit.

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials that meet project needs.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with project managers to align on material requirements.
• Track and maintain accurate procurement records.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Smartsheets.
• Alignment with our core values and a team-oriented mindset.
