Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Project Superintendent located in the Cincinnati area. The Construction Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day construction operations, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

· Daily on-site coordination of the entire construction project.

· Assist the Office Project Manager with developing and updating the project master schedule.

· Manage the project schedule.

· Oversee safety for project site.

· Work closely with the Office Project Manager.

· Demonstrate a positive attitude with a team-player approach.

· Supervise / manage Schumacher Dugan’s workforce on site.

· Coordinate and direct all trade subcontractors.

· Exhibit strong communication and technical skills.

· Conduct weekly project meetings on site.

· Provide daily work reports and photographs utilizing Procore.

· Coordinate and document all project inspections.

· Complete the project closeout and punch-list.

· Must have driver’s license in good standing.

· Prefer a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
