About the Job
HFS Company is a nationally recognized AEC project management and consulting firm working through prime contracts on a variety of federal and military medical projects throughout the US and Europe. We provide support services across the entire facilities lifecycle to help our clients reach their capital improvement goals economically and strategically.
Provide construction scheduling services in support of the USACE Florida Area Office, specifically projects at Cape Canaveral, Patrick SFB, Homestead ARB, and MacDill AFB.
2 positions available
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience developing and managing construction schedules on large complex multi-million-dollar projects
- Certified as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) through AACE
- 5+ years’ experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software; high level of proficiency required
- Experience with Unified Facilities Guide Specifications 01 32 01.00 10 Project Schedule
- Competency with Resident Management System (RMS) and Quality Control System (QCS) software modules
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Building Science is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency to read, speak and write the English language
- Working proficiency on MS Office applications
- Strong organization and time management skills
- US Citizenship required by federal contract
