With 10 years of experience in residential multi-unit, commercial, and mixed-use construction, you could be the perfect fit for our team. We value strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and town personnel. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• 10 years of experience in residential multi-unit, commercial, and mixed-use construction
• Heavy field experience and strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and town personnel
• Oversee new projects from start to finish, including the approvals process and construction phase
• Manage the project lifecycle from site work, core and shell, interiors, to turnkey completion
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and OSHA certification preferred
• Dealing with subcontractors and overseeing a 10-man labor crew
• Work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the ability to work one Saturday a month

Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
