Position: Construction Project Manager

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Duration: 12 month contract

Pay Range: $35-43/hr

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in: • Government Capital Projects • New building and interior renovations • Familiar with construction management at risk contract. • GC license or Architect/Engineer bachelors Owners representation experience (someone who looks out for quality control of the building) on large scale govt projects (schools, offices, understanding how the process works)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

GC or architect BG (knows how a whole project goes together)

Job Description

Our client in the federal space is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team of 9 people servicing the entire agency. Attending owner architect meetings on the job site, reviewing plans and specifications, reviewing contract and for informants in the work in progress, won't be creating or negotiating contracts, making sure what they are contacted to do is getting done. This person will be conducting quality control and providing management reports. There would be no travel other then throughout Palm Beach County.
