Stick-built construction experience required

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, with a focus on value engineering.

Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance on job sites.

Lead contract negotiations and define clear project scopes.

Foster effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and subcontractors.

Utilize construction management tools such as

Procore

and

Microsoft Project

for tracking and oversight.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

At least

3 years of project management experience

in residential wood-frame construction.

Proficiency with

Procore

,

Microsoft Project

, and other construction management software.

Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
