Construction Project Manager - Selectek, Inc.

Selectek is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a direct-hire role. Our partnering company, located near Waukesha, Wisconsin, needs candidates with strong backgrounds in large construction project management to oversee projects.

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Expected Pay Range: $95,000 to $115,000 based on experience
Location: Western Milwaukee, WI

Job Requirements:
- Five-plus years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering
- Previous experience running multi-million dollar projects, including new construction from ground-up 

In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client’s request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Details:
- Oversee all facets of projects
- Develop schedule
- Produce any required reports 
- Maintain project budget
- Interact with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure satisfaction during project process
