About the Job
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee onsite construction engineering activities for industrial projects, primarily focusing on Water/Wastewater Treatment plants, but also including factories, production facilities, and data centers across various industries.

- Ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
- Manage Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen and oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the team.
- Manage project engineering and personnel functions, including planning, administration, and work assignments.
- Ensure compliance with company and contract requirements, supporting the overall construction schedule (Primavera P6).
- Provide technical support, including construction planning, design interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and administer project engineering procedures and work controlling documents (submittals, RFIs, material deliveries, payment requests).
- Represent the company in A/E, client, and project management meetings.
- Interface with on-site departments to resolve issues and ensure construction quality.
- Oversee pre-construction services, design-build services, and business development.
- Work with the Superintendent to control job costs and production budgets.
- Prepare and submit monthly cost, income, and cash flow projections.
- Execute and approve subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices.
- Assist in the settlement of change orders and claims.
- Respond quickly to issues, proactively solve problems, and handle multiple tasks.
- Maintain subcontractor insurance certificate compliance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience.
- 10+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
- 5+ years of construction engineering experience in heavy industrial projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is preferred but not required.

- Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
