One of our best clients (leading residential general contractor), is experiencing tremendous growth & looking to add exceptional talent to their team! A very reputable Residential home builder/remodeler in the VA area is seeking an Experienced Project Manager with expertise in Remodels.

What I am looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in Remodeling as PM(must have expertise in the field)
• Computer proficient, helpful if proficient in excel/outlook.
• Someone who can handle Office tasks (budgets, project reviews, Meetings, etc.) Along with Job sites tasks( client meetings, project walkthroughs, subcontractor reviews, trainings, etc.)
• Estimating/purchasing- Reviewing budgets, assist in putting budgets together, purchasing of materials,

-Tools needed for jobs

-Hybrid Work(in office but also visit job sites)
