About the Job
About Compass Coffee
We"re here to make peoples" days better. Sometimes, all that takes is a simple cup of coffee. Coffee brings people together. It makes you feel good. It gets you ready for whatever the day has in store. And it points you in the right direction - just like a compass.
We are a passionate, driven team of coffee-lovers who are fanatically committed to building the best coffee company in America. We are builders, doers, and obsessed with customer experience. From day one, we"ve operated on one simple principle: that everything we do must be as good as the coffee.
This simple idea has lead us down some interesting (and some would say crazy) paths. From sourcing and roasting every bean, to crafting incredible flavors and food, to literally building the cafes ourselves and welding our own furniture in our in-house metal fabrication shop, we take pride in and ownership of every part of the customer experience.
Doing this is how we have been able to grow from a humble cafe in Shaw in 2014, to 18 cafes in and around DC today. We"re still growing quickly, and we"re looking for leaders who want to build amazing things with us.
