Job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction, Trades Positions and Engineering and a proven track record of managing federal construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and budget requirements
• Responsible for all aspects of the Statement of Work
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors
• Manage technical aspects and problem-solving on-site

Qualifications:.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, contracts, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• This position requires you to be in our Troy office, full time.
