Construction Project Manager- Industrial Segment
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing rigging, equipment installation and erection projects in the industrial market segment. This position will have the authority to run the project on a day to day basis and will be responsible for the direction and performance of all aspects of the project with the support of the project team. This position will be responsible for all Construction and Financial aspects of the project and will ensure that all work is performed in conformance with Hohl Industrial procedures and practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consults with client to determine functional and technical requirements of the scope of work and prepares estimates regarding labor, materials, equipment, estimated costs and construction time
- Build relationship with prospective and current clients
- Responsible for projects from estimating through closeout
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Lead, promote and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures
- Some travel required
Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred. Construction Management, or other related disincline required
- 5+ years' experience in Project Management in construction related field
- Experience in Industrial and Infrastructure construction is required
- Competent in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task
- Proven success in delivering high quality projects on time and on budget
- Strong conceptual thinker; strong critical thinking skills and problem solving ability; able to multi-task and work under pressure; strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook)
