As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee multifamily and other commercial construction projects, with a focus on Type V and III wood-framing experience

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in multifamily construction.
Hands-on expertise with wood-framed projects (Type V & III) and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in MS Excel, using formulas and pivot tables; knowledge of ProCore and BlueBeam preferred.
Lead the technical and administrative management of construction projects, coordinating with superintendents and clients.
Develop and maintain project schedules, manage budgets, and oversee contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Conduct weekly owner progress meetings and document any project impacts on budget, schedule, or quality.
Travel locally to project sites as needed, ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining quality standards.
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
