Our team is looking for a qualified Construction Project Manager/Supervisor to ensure our projects are delivered successfully and on time. This position will be responsible for the overall management (in the office and the field) of our commercial construction projects. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and professionally interact with design professionals, consultants and clients while successfully directing the subcontractors and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule, and budget. This position requires strict adherence to quality standards and ensures the safety and security of the construction site. This individual will work closely with the Construction Administrator, and eventually the Construction Superintendent, to fulfill an integral role on projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, bidding, RFI, subcontractor management, pre-construction, daily reports, OSHA regulations, shop drawings, submittals, test reports, construction technology software, scheduling, and equipment management. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including but not limited to:
1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from pre-construction to final completion.
2. Managing and coordinating with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
3. Developing and managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Conducting project meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining detailed project documentation.
5. Managing the bidding process, including the selection of vendors and subcontractors.
6. Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA.
7. Reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and test reports for compliance with project specifications.
8. Utilizing construction technology software for project management, scheduling, and other tasks.
9. Coordinating the procurement and management of materials and equipment.
10. Resolving any issues or delays that may affect the timeline, budget, or client relationships.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the role of Construction Project Manager will possess the following qualifications:
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
2. Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Experience with construction technology software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
6. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of professionals.
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
9. Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent are a plus.
10. Ability to anticipate and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
11. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
