Construction Project Manager | Single-Family Residential - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• 5+ years of experience in single-family residential construction management.
• Ability to supervise all trades, including site utilities, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and finish work.
• Manage construction schedules to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
• Oversee subcontractors and maintain quality assurance throughout the build process.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical plans.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills to manage 30-50 projects per year.
• Daily involvement on-site or in-office, Monday-Friday, with limited Saturday work.
• Experience managing budgets and fostering relationships with subcontractors and clients.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position does not include traditional benefits. However, unique bonus opportunities are available through profit-sharing on group side projects, allowing team members to invest in and earn profits from additional builds.
