We are a well established heavy civil general contractor in need of a talented Construction Project Manager for a 2 mile long light rail bridge project in San Jose. A qualified candidate will possess a civil engineering degree, licensed or unlicensed, or a construction management degree and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Details
Responsibilities may include:
- Collaborate with the project manager, superintendent, and upper management
- Develop and implement the project schedule
- Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers
- Manage the project submittals and RFI's
- Manage the contract payments
- Manage contract change orders
- Review crew time sheets on HCSS HeavyJob
- Provide layout to foundation crews
