Experience And Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be technologically strong and be proficient in MS office suite of applications and have the ability to quickly learn to use other programs used in the construction industry as required.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and facilitate decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Write and manage RFP processes to build teams of consultants and contractors required to deliver the project.
- Oversee the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Provide construction administration services.
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
- Ensure that all construction meets quality standards.
- Manage project documentation and record-keeping.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
