Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Remote (with occasional travel within the United States)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Role Overview:
As a Construction Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with a talented team of internal and external experts to bring our projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans in alignment with master planning.
Lead and coordinate a diverse project team to achieve project goals.
Manage project data and documentation effectively.
Liaise with purchasing and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
Monitor project schedules and take proactive measures to address any deviations.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, including safety and quality standards.
Oversee project budgeting and financial management, providing regular progress reports.
Facilitate smooth project handover to clients upon completion.
Foster a collaborative environment by motivating and guiding the project team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
Experience in project management, ideally within construction or related industries.
Familiarity with relevant laws, standards, and regulations.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and verbal English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
OSHA-30 certification preferred.
Ability to travel occasionally (20-35%).
