**Position Overview:**
We seek an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in leading commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the construction process of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver beyond expectations.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Handle problem-solving and decision-making effectively, ensuring minimal disruptions to the project timeline.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management in commercial project management.
