Construction Project Manager - Ultimate Staffing Services

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY LOOKING TO HIRE QUICKLY!

Must be able have clean driving records and successfully pass all required pre-employment screenings.

Salary:

$60-$65/k depending on experience.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday 7am to 5:30pm, Friday 7am to 12pm.

Weekends are only on an as needed basis.

Summary:

While the position has an office, a lot of the workday will be spent out of the office (in the Raleigh / Triangle area) going to jobsites / suppliers / etc.

The PM position will be responsible for checking (in person) and managing jobs, scheduling employees (documentation; hours; communicating schedule w/employees; etc.), material procurement, delivery of materials / ladders / etc., warehousing duties (receiving; pulling; documentation; charging warehouse materials to projects).

Commitment to Quality (all aspects); Multitasking; Managing multiple projects (on a daily basis); Safety Training Duties / Paperwork / etc.;

Physical Requirements: Desk work. Also, jobsite deliveries (and other duties) may require lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Ability to wear required PPE.
