Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering is preferred.
• Experience managing K-12 or similar institutional projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Procore for project management and P6 for scheduling is required.
• Oversee project engineers, assistant project managers, and other junior staff.
• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with preconstruction teams to ensure comprehensive project planning.
• Conduct regular site visits, balancing 50% office and 50% on-site responsibilities.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and effective communication with clients and subcontractors.

Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
