Position Summary:

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for overseeing the successful development and implementation of self-storage projects at 10 Federal. This individual will play a key role in managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to construction oversight, stakeholder communication and turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all phases of self-storage projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and approvals.  Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and municipal partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the self-storage or commercial construction industry.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
• Proficient in Bluebeam.

Travel: This position will require 25% travel, or as needed by the assigned project
