Construction Project Manager at LHH

LHH is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with experience in healthcare projects and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Join our client, a leading general contractor, and bring your expertise to impactful projects that shape the future of healthcare facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all aspects of construction projects, from preconstruction planning to project closeout.
• Develop budgets, manage subcontractor bidding, and oversee project schedules.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners.
• Mentor and guide project teams to achieve operational and professional excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of general contracting management, preferably working with GMP contracts and healthcare projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Experience with tools such as Timberline, Primavera/MS Project, or Bluebeam.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and foster collaboration across all levels.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to align teams and maintain client relationships.
