Construction Project Manager - Selectek, Inc.

Selectek is looking for a Construction Project Manager to begin working for a great client of ours in the Pewaukee, WI area immediately. This candidate will oversee all facets of projects including the physical construction, schedule, required reports and financial aspects as well as interacting with architects, engineers, subcontractors and owners.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, design-builder, or construction manager
• Previous experience running multi-million dollar projects (including experience with new construction built from the ground up)
• Good computer skills, including proficiency using MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint.
• Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $95k - $115k
