Construction Project Manager at Akkodis

Akkodis is seeking a Construction project manager for a 12+ Contract position with a client located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL

Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Position Responsibilities

We are seeking a Mid-Level Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, effective project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with a team of contractors, architects, and engineers. This role will require managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification.
• Experience in [specific type of construction, e.g., oil & gas, Heavy industrial, transportation, or infrastructure projects
