Construction Project Manager - Akkodis

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a 24-month contract in Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181- hybrid.

Title: Project Manager

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181- 3 days onsite

Duration: Contractual- 24 months

Pay Rate: $52-54/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Description

A Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. They oversee all aspects of a project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

Responsibilities may include:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Project Management.

Leading project teams and coordinating activities to ensure that project goals are met.

Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks.

Communicating with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project status.

Experience with AS-8, WPT, Power BI and Excel.

Experience with Construction contract management and accounting

Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and external partners.

Bachelor's degree is required and PMP certification is preferred.

Utility or construction domain experience is plus

The candidate must have experience in customer acumen.

Project Managers should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be proficient in project management software and tools.
