Construction Project Manager - Trillium Construction Services

Now Hiring a Construction Project Manager locally in the Nevada, IA area.

Our client specializes in Millwright, Ag, Industrial and Engineering Services throughout the Country. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with an excellent salary and full benefits package.

Duties:

-Meet with job site owners and manage milestones with teams, subs, and owners of sites. Building relationships with every customer.

-Following project scopes for workers and subcontractors necessary to completing a project on-time and on-budget.

-Interviewing prospective subcontractors and developing selection criteria.

-On-site management daily, weekly, and monthly reviewing and ensuring all work is completed as scheduled and revising schedules as needed. Document all delays being conveyed back to the customer
