Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• Strong working knowledge of Florida building code.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-family and commercial interior renovation projects.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Google Docs, and MS Suite.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage manpower and resources, and address field issues according to project specifications.
• Oversee project schedule, quality, and budget, and maintain records and estimates in Procore.
• Engage with the project owner’s representative and lead weekly project meetings.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
