Construction Project Manager - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with multifamily projects, including public (Atlanta Housing Authority and HUD) and private projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to manage projects from beginning to end, balancing office and field work.
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, overseeing subcontractors, and conducting meetings with owners.
• Timely completion of assigned projects within budget and quality standards.
• Ability to direct staff and subcontractors to efficiently deliver on project expectations.
• Oversee project filing, tracking systems, and related reporting.
• Responsible for subcontractor selection, management, and supervision.
• Provide leadership and direction on safety-related matters.
• Develop and maintain property management documents.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
