Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

5+ years of experience in single-family residential construction, preferably with luxury homes.
Plan, organize, and direct construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and project timelines.
Utilize or learn project management software such as Procore or Bluebeam to enhance efficiency.
Oversee permitting, building department coordination, and utility setup.
Maintain excellent communication with owners, architects, and subcontractors, documenting decisions and deadlines.
Monitor project budgets, prepare change orders, and ensure accurate reporting of progress.
Close out projects, including punch lists, final walk-throughs, and delivery of warranties and documentation.

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
