Our Building Automation & HVAC subcontractor client is seeking 2 new candidates to join their team - 1 Commercial Construction PM, and 1 Commercial Construction Superintendent.

Lebanon, IN- New construction of 6 manufacturing plant buildings

These can be hybrid depending on the phase of the project! Between WFH, client office in Castleton, and client construction location

Schedule: M-F, standard business hours

Duration: 6-month contract to permanent hire

Pay Rate: $40-70/hr (DOE)

Must Haves:

• At least 2-3 years of

  commercial construction project management OR superintendent experience

• Ideally someone who is working for and driving construction related projects for a subcontractor, and who has managed various 3rd tier subcontractors - NOT an owner's rep!
• Managed projects with budgets of $1-10 million minimum
• Able to go onsite to Lebanon, IN, and occasionally the Castleton area

Plusses:

• Bachelor's Degree

Main Responsibilities:

The client you are working for is a building automation and HVAC subcontractor. You will be overseeing the HVAC building automation construction projects at a site in Lebanon, IN. Will likel be a new build or retrofit and changes to pre-existing location depending on the location! A lot of your day to day will entail:

• Coordinating and pushing projects to completion
• Managing subcontractors, site superintendents, schedulers
• Honing in on timelines of mechanical and electrical staff (Our client does not do all of the work themselves, they sub out various mechanical and electrical things)
• Budgeting, scheduling, estimating
• Understanding the scope of the job and main end goal
