• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Duties

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam, ProCore, and MS Projects for project planning and tracking.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Monitor construction site activities for compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog, Bluebeam, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Ability to work on-site at construction locations as required.
