Construction Project Manager I - Iconica

• Facilitating clear communication of project requirements, organizing internal and external meetings, and interpreting construction documents.
• Driving project success through effective cost control and proactive risk management.
• Maintaining project quality by preparing monthly reports, reviewing subcontractor scopes of work, assessing shop drawings, and resolving punch list and warranty items.
• Delivering on client commitments by managing project schedules and safety initiatives.
• Building and strengthening relationships with clients and subcontractors.

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• At least one year of construction field experience (which may include internships or co-op experience).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Procore is a plus.
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A high level of initiative and a passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
