We're seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of construction industry management experience to oversee projects from initial bidding to final closeout. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of multiple MEP-focused projects, including HVAC and controls.

What You'll Do:
As the Project Manager, you will drive the success of our construction projects by leading and coordinating all phases-from pre-construction to execution and closeout. Your primary focus will be planning, scheduling, and managing project teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project meetings and develop comprehensive project schedules.
- Communicate scheduling plans and resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
- Manage the handoff from design to execution, ensuring seamless project transitions.
- Oversee employee and subcontractor work to ensure schedule, budget, and safety requirements compliance.
- Conduct project closeouts, including final walkthroughs and documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project updates and issue resolution, ensuring constant communication with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with the project team to support their needs and ensure smooth project administration.
- Monitor project costs, manage expenditures, and ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting.
- Lead the submittal process and assist with developing proposals for future projects.
- Travel to project sites, including approximately 15% out-of-town travel
What You Bring to the Team:
To be successful as a Project Manager requires 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on MEP projects (HVAC and controls preferred) and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience or certifications.
Additional requirements:
- Strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver within deadlines.
- Ability to read blueprints and apply knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and technology.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a **Security Clearance**.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
