As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the construction process from planning to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional results, maintains excellent client relationships, and excels in problem-solving. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate, detailed estimates for luxury remodels and custom homes.
- Collaborate with clients, owners, and project teams to refine budgets and scope.
- Evaluate cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Guide clients through the selection process for materials, finishes, and designs.
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, and resources to keep projects on track.
- Ensure choices align with project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, owners, and subcontractors.
- Maintain clear communication to keep projects on track and manage expectations.
- Occasionally visit job sites to assess progress, address challenges, and support the project team.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., JobTread, BuilderTrend, Co-Construct) for tracking and documentation.
- Problem-solve and make decisions independently to address challenges and minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- A proven track record of 5+ years in high-end residential construction project management is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional client-facing and communication skills to manage discerning clientele.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., CoConstruct) and Google Workspace.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage field teams effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

- Competitive salary at $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience.
