Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues or risks, and implement necessary solutions
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager Essential Job Functions:
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage the project team
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 10+ years of experience in project management within the heavy civil construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
