A leader in construction management, specializing in large-scale healthcare and mixed-use projects across the Front Range. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in Denver and the surrounding areas.

Role Overview:

This Senior Project Manager role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile projects in the healthcare and mixed-use sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects from pre-construction to closeout, particularly in medical facilities, multifamily developments, and public infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead healthcare and mixed-use developments, including projects like hospitals, hotels, and public facilities.
• Manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Oversee site safety, ensuring OSHA and other compliance standards are met.
• Implement Procore and other project management software tools to streamline project delivery.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Construction Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field from reputable school.
• Proven experience in healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, P6, and MS Excel
• OSHA 30 Certification and Procore certification huge plus
