About the Job
The Construction Project Manager will execute and oversee infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects from start to finish. They will interface directly with subcontractors, tradesmen, stakeholders and owners. In addition, the Construction Project Manager will have oversight for budgets, cost control, constructability, adhering to project deadlines and meet time & cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 or more years of related experience
- PMP and/or CCM Certification is a plus
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Procore Certification a plus, but not required
Must Have Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering principles and techniques.
- Ability understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent with MS Excel and scheduling software such as Procore, MS Project, Timberline, etc.
