Job Description:

·& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources, emphasizing value engineering.&

·& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites.&

·& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Conduct contract negotiations and define project scopes.&

·& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and team members.&

·& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Utilize construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project) for project tracking and management.&

& Qualifications&

·& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.&

·& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & 3+ years of project management experience in residential wood-frame construction.&

·& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction management tools.&

·& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.&
