Job Details
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities. This role requires a high degree of technical knowledge in structural, commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction project management, MEP, and building codes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring all work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure all project
requirements are met.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure all project objectives are achieved.
- Continually review and improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in structural, commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management, MEP, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
