This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Always Underground Inc in Lebanon, IN. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing budgets, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring timely project completion.

• Must have knowledge in Underground utility construction.
• Fiber Optic placement and splicing/testing.
• Directional Boring and Trenching.
• Achieve to timelines and budget.
• Fast Paced.
• Project Coordination, Construction Project Management, and Project Management skills
• Budgeting and Construction Management skills
• Experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
