Now Hiring: Senior Project Manager / Project Executive

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

Location: Jacksonville Florida

We are partnering with a fast-growing general contractor in Jacksonville, Florida, to find an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to join their team. Our client specializes in delivering high-quality reconstruction and new construction projects across residential and highrise-multifamily buildings, and is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee multiple projects while managing and mentoring a team of Superintendents.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position where you’ll be responsible for ensuring project success from start to finish. You’ll take ownership of multiple projects, lead talented teams, and help shape the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of reconstruction and new construction projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and mentor a team of Superintendents, ensuring they deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and workflows.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Address challenges proactively, ensuring projects remain on track.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Provide progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing reconstruction and new construction projects, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• experience in reconstruction for residential buildings and highrise multifamily
• A strong leader who can inspire, guide, and develop a team of Superintendents.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction project management tools such as Procore, CMiC, or similar.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
