Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager/Estimator opportunity include:

Proven experience managing entire project lifecycles from bid to completion, including scheduling, quality assurance, and closeout
Proficiency in handling bidding processes and estimating tasks, with skills in analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
Coordinate materials and work closely with superintendents for effective execution of heavy civil, utilities, concrete, asphalt, and landscaping projects
Work with local municipalities on street improvement projects and manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
